Care Services Manager - Children's Residential School £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Doncaster, Yorkshire Compass Associates are happy to announce that we are working closely with a long standing and well established health care provider. We are assisting them with their search for a compassionate and progressive care services manager with previous management experience in a similar environment. They must also have a passion for providing an exceptional level of service and have a wide range of experience in order to satisfy Ofsted. Requirements Proven Knowledge of Ofsted Strong leadership skills to implement the vision and strategy of the company Previous experience with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Complex Needs Location The residential school is located 5 miles South of Doncaster. It's location makes it easy to get to via car or train.
