Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone's life? We are currently looking to recruit 4 CAREGivers to work on a structured fixed pattern rota with another CAREGiver (double up calls). The shift pattern will operate between 7am - 21.45pm (with breaks and gaps) which equates to approximately 30-35 hours per week. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Working with another Home Instead CAREGiver you will be supporting clients throughout Doncaster who require support and encouragement around mobility and personal care needs. You will have a small client group of approximately 4 which will allow you to build solid relationships and promote the health and well-being of those clients.
