Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone's life? If the answer is yes, then we would be delighted to hear from you. We are seeking a number of people to join our CAREGiving team in Doncaster and are looking for people who want to work with people who will truly value them and the amazing job they do. We provide personal care services, home-help and companionship services in the community. It is essential that our CAREGivers are able to deliver care in all of these three areas. Our visits are for a minimum of one hour and sometimes longer and this allows our CAREGivers and clients to build strong bonds and mutual respect for each other and their families. We do require all of our CAREGivers to have their own transport and also to be able to work a mixture of shift patterns including early morning and/or evenings which are our busiest times. We require an element of availability flexibility and equally we are able to give this back in return. Care is not a Monday-Friday job so there will be an expectation that you work every other weekend. We can offer both part and full time work.
