Sales Administrator £24-25k Salary Based - Acton, London W3 Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm Immediate start IT Literate (Word, Excel, MS Office) Role: To provide first class Admin Support to the Sales Team & Operations Director Duties: Handling of sales administration related telephone calls and email communication: Expediting customer's orders with production department. Providing order updates relating to specification or price. Advising freight forwarding details in preparation for despatch - liaising with warehouse personnel. Sales order documentation processing: Conversion of sales quotations to sales orders on ERP system. Creation of production documentation and liaising with purchasing department for factored items. Production of despatch and export documentation and certificates. Liaising with freight forwarding companies to arrange freight collection. Administration of key customer accounts. Maintaining pricing information on ERP system and annual distribution of sales prices. Despatch of sales literature, newsletters and other marketing material.
