Resourcing Skills Lead A Government Agency in Canary Wharf are looking to recruit a Resourcing Skills Lead for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Your new company A well-established Government Agency in Canary Wharf are looking for a Resourcing Skills Lead to joining their team for a 6 months contract. This is a full-time role, 37 hours a week, and it is paying £39,853. Your new role You will report to the Head of Capabilities and Transformation Academy (TA) to support and design a resourcing plan, build recruitment strategies that meet current resourcing needs and deliver a resourcing model for the future. As Resourcing Skills Lead, you will be responsible for identifying strategic and tactical plans of the Agency's approach to sourcing and recruiting high-calibre talent. You will successfully establish strong partnerships with external organisations, recruitment agencies and continuously work to improve the employer brand, and proactively identify gaps and risks in the business. Additionally, you will advise senior stakeholders on strategic resourcing challenges. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Head of Recruitment and Operations to ensure accurate production of reports and analysis. And you will be leading on expanding the apprenticeships recruitment scheme. As an individual, you will be strategic and have excellent communication skills, be analytical and have excellent influencing skills. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, candidates must be able to demonstrate in their previous roles that they have developed and delivered Recruitment strategies. This is not an operational recruitment role and therefore you are required to have resourcing experience. Any experience of resource planning, workforce planning and recruitment strategies would be of interest. You will be experienced in improving the organisation's employer brand and building excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships. You will have excellent communication skills, be analytical and have strong workforce planning experience. Furthermore, knowledge and experience of Apprenticeships recruitment is extremely desirable.
