Hospitlaity Head Chef - Monday to Friday We are looking for Head chef for an exciting opportunity for a creative and fast thinking head chef to work in a prestigious marketing company. Working for this major contract caterer in there specialist B&I division you will be well supported by the senior staff within the company who will look to aid your progression in your career. The offering at the site varies from day to day with sandwich lunhces, bowl food and canapes with the more occasional plated service for high end functions. Hospitality can range from plated lunches and dinners to finger food and canapés of which the Head Chef will have full autonomy to do seasonal menus and bespoke menus for high profile partners within the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within contract catering and currently working in a simlimar role Role Info You will be regularly involved in liaising with the client Thorough interest in current market trends and initiatives Leading development Financially astute Hospitality food Sandwich lunches Canapés, bowl food and finger food Working with the central team Person Profile Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative.
