Overview
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced fast track claims handler to join leading motor claims litigation team in Wakefield. You will be responsible for dealing with fast track rta claims following the MOJ process and best practice, in order fo progress your claims from inception through to settlement. Duties including but not limited to: Dealing with high volumes of fast track rta cases Assessing quantum and reviewing medical reports Drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitable awards for compensation Negotiating settlements Corresponding with clients and third parties Dealing with some higher value and complex injury claims The firm have invested heavily into preparation for the rta reforms that are now due to come into place in August 2020 meaning that they are able to continue operating with minimal disruption. The team are expanding and are looking for candidates who wish to build/ continue to build a career in motor claims litigation. Salary up to £23,762 dependant on experience. 25 days' holiday (rising to 30 days over the course of 5 years) plus bank holidays.
