Overview

Customer Support Agent Based right in the heart of Chester my client are growing considerably and as such they have a number of positions based within their Customer Service Team. This role is a little different and focuses on supporting customers through their Website page. You will handle queries and issues through a live web chat box. If you have previously worked on a live web chat previously then this will be a huge advantage but equally if you are strong customer service agent who is used to dealing with customers mainly via email this experience will be considered. You will need to be able to strike a rapport quickly and effectively with customers and assess the nature of what they require by asking the right questions and managing their expectations from the get go.
