Within the UK they operate a network of around 40 depot locations where accommodation and storage units are prepared for rental or sale and are refurbished as required. Their success is founded on the way they deliver design and build projects by challenging the norm, finding innovative ways of working and utilising modern methods of construction to deliver innovative design and delivery solutions. The role Responsibilities: Coordinate with the lean Manufacturing team to align tools, methods & processes - Ensure that projects are managed in line with HSE legislation and best practice - Health Safety and Environment Standards within their designated region and at the depots / facilities they are assigned. - Auditing and inspections of Projects, on site works, haulier suppliers and contractors - Investigation of incidents. - Providing training and mentoring to local Project Teams and the management team. Acting as a "topic specialist" within the wider SHEQ team, aiding assistance. Is this you? NEBOSH Cert or Construction Cert or Equivalent - minimum NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent - preferred Environmental qualification preferred. Experience in construction / hire / heavy industry or crane Multiple site experience Appointed Person / Slinger Banksman experience Experience of ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 systems Training and presentation experience Relevant degree, qualified tradesman or professional qualification - desirable. Self-motivating and managing. Pragmatic problem solver who is achievement orientated. Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels within an organisation. Comfortable out in the field rather than wishing to be office based. Can communicate in an engaging manner.
