Overview
Our client is a major design and build company in London. They are looking to employ a sales support person t o provide a support and administration function to the Sales Team. You will be based from the central London office. Job Summary: Providing pre-sales support to sales team by proposing optimal solutions to meet customer requirements Act as primary support for your Sales team and be the office point of contact to their customers helping with any queries or problems that they may have Create quotations, ensure accurate and timely entry of quotes and delivery of quotes to customers Participating in customer discussions to provide technical sales support and developing an understanding of expectations in order to meet and exceed requirements, and increase and uphold customer satisfaction Provide excellent customer service as the front line contact with clients and provide admin support to the Sales team, enabling the team to maximise sales and improve the customer experience Input orders to manufacturers and suppliers into the system and check returned order acknowledgements against POs Liaise with project managers to ensure delivery dates are aligned with installation programs Candidate Profile: Experience working for an office furniture dealer - aptitude in producing detailed quotations with multi-brand products including desking Clear, concise communication and customer focus skills demonstrating an ability to adjust behaviour to handle different clients Excellent administration skills Be efficient and organised with ability to multi task and prioritise Optimistic and enthusiastic and enjoys working within a team Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines and sometimes at short notice and can develop and foster relationships Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with accuracy and attention to detail Be approachable, proactive and a quick learner, show enthusiasm and dependability Package: Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
