Overview
Senior Site Manager Number 1 site manager needed to oversee a refurbishment in Reading over the next 8 months. It will be a conversion of office space to high end apartments and will pay up to £250 per day. Ability to take the project through design / procurement stages is essential as well as being able to manage the delivery on site. Responsibilities: Design, Procurement, delivery management of a refurbishment project. Cooperation with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Ongoing monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance. Ideally you will have: Experience managing a refurbishment project valued £2m High end residential experience.
