Overview
Facilities Manager based at Auchlochan Garden Village, Lesmahagow. Available Hours: Permeant - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week. We are currently looking for a proactive, dynamic and forward-thinking Facilities Manager to join our team. As Facilities Manager you will maintain effective facilities services for the organisation through implementation of operational strategies and full management of a number of projects. We will be looking for a professional individual who has proven experience delivering high quality Facilities Management, and budgetary control. You will have the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally. You will demonstrate a passion for teamwork, leadership and delivering for our community Candidates must demonstrate a strong commercial acumen alongside an enthusiastic, can-do approach.
