You will be required to interpret data and instigate research to identify and improve user-experiences putting the customer at the heart of your decision making. In addition, the right UX Designer will be responsible for designing products and services that deliver and meet the company's strategic goals which is to become number one in their sector and to continue making positive changes for the businesses they collaborate with.
