Overview
Clinical Educator: At GAMA Healthcare, our highly knowledgeable Clinical Educators play a vital role in our exceptional aftercare support, delivering face-to-face training to product users. You will connect with our customers across your region to share IPC knowledge and ensure GAMA’s products are used effectively through continued education, training and audit. What will you do? Travel to customers across the region in South East London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey to deliver education and key messages on new and existing products Work closely with the Sales team to arrange education and audit support with customers Deliver training sessions and workshops to customers. This could be in the form of ‘hands-on’ practical training sessions ‘at the bedside’, or at meetings, study days or link nurse forums Represent GAMA at events and exhibitions with the sales teams Provide customer feedback to the sales team as part of proactive quality assurance Keep accurate records of customer training and competency assessments in line with the customers’ and Gama’s requirements In liaison with the Sales Team and with the support of the Clinical Directors, encourage and support customers to develop small case studies and trials, reports and poster submissions relevant to GAMA products or services What will you need? To be a Registered Nurse with experience in the acute healthcare sector Genuine passion for infection prevention is essential Qualifications or experience in speciality care such as infection prevention; tissue viability; intravascular care or continence care Proven experience in training and education, postgraduate qualifications would be desirable An engaging and adaptable communication style Commitment to your continuing professional development Comfortable using technology to support training; education; audit and record-keeping Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel within the region What will you get?
