OUTLINE Order Picker A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Order Picker to join a well established, family run company based in Brownhills, which are involved within the engineering sector. This opportunity it not to miss as you will be joining a warm and welcoming team, offering a supportive environment and a visible career path. You will be entitled to 28 days holiday and free on-site parking for those who drive. THE JOB ROLE Pick and pack items Operate RF scan guns Put away stock correctly Ensure pick rates are met and orders are accurately picked Complete relevant paper Use of in-house computer systems and booking of stock Keep the working environment safe and tidy Regular stock takes to be conducted Wrap items ready for despatch Work as a team at the end of the day to ensure all items are ready to be despatched 9AM - 6PM £8.21ph Long term opportunity EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT Previous experience using scan guns and order picking would be beneficial Working with engineering components or having some knowledge of the engineering sector would be preferred Good Timekeeping and eye for detail is essential to carry out this role effectively.
