Commercial Legal Counsel - FTC
Overview
An 18-month FTC position has arisen with a major global insurance company. Based in Central London in the City, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of procurement arrangements including HR, facilities, marketing and technology relationships. You will provide input into best practice to ensure commercial contracts are completed in an efficient manner. In addition, you will provide ad hoc data protection and intellectual property advice relating to service arrangements. To be considered, you will be a commercial lawyer with experience of drafting and negotiating outsourcing and long-term service arrangements and technology contracts.
