Highly successful firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a permanent basis. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilful solicitor or legal executive to join our client’s multi-accredited practice located in the Cambridge area. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential property matters, whilst providing a first-class service to the firm’s clients at all times. Responsibilities • Sales and purchases • Freehold and leasehold properties • Transfers of equity • Re-mortgages • Enfranchisement • Licences • Shared ownerships • Deeds of variation • Use of the Land Registry portal The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with at least three year’s PQE • Previous experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential • Excellent organisation, time management and administration skills • IT proficiency • Outstanding client care skills The Firm Based within a pretty countryside town on the fringes of Cambridgeshire, our client is long-established in the area with three offices in the county.
