Perfect Opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a forward thinking and award-winning law firm, where you can further your management experience over a 12 months Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of lawyers, providing innovative and pragmatic legal advice to a range of public sector bodies. Along with being the main point of contact and offer supervision to the Planning and Highways team, duties will include: Provide legal advice and services to client organisations in the areas of planning, development and highways matters To lead, direct, develop and improve the service to client organisations, to ensure the provision an excellent standard of client care To act as a legal advisor to client organisations; whilst developing and improving the service officers in relation to the planning, highways and property related area To attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required This growing organisation is renowned for the high profile development work which they participate in, so if this is an area you enjoy - this could be for you Along with a great benefits package, there is a competivie salary on offer with a good level of flexible working.
