Established firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a talented Planning and Highways Principle Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining our client’s thriving firm based in the Cambridge area, the successful lawyer will handle a full range of planning and highways matters whilst providing legal advice to a range of clients and councils. Responsibilities • Provide innovative and pragmatic legal advice to a range of public sector clients, predominantly in respect of planning and highways matters • Ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations • Attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy • Represent clients in negotiations and discussions The Candidate • Solicitors, Barristers and Legal Executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE • Experience in planning and highways matters gained within a reputable firm • Excellent advocacy skills • Excel in both verbal and written communication • IT proficiency is required • Demonstrate a flair for business development and networking The Firm Our client is a highly regarded social enterprise law firm specialising in the Public Sector.
