Overview
Claims Team Leader - Ipswich - £25-30k Our Client, a leader in their field, are looking for an experienced Team Leader who is passionate and enthusiastic as they believe this is fundamental to providing exceptional service. As Team Leader your primary responsibility is the management of a team of Handlers who are receiving Claims from across the UK and Europe and are often in languages other than English. Providing control of team activities, adherence to KPIs, training and developing staff to be their best and resolving issues arising from the variety of external and internal stakeholders, the Team Leader will require a flexible approach and the ability to react to fast changing circumstances. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth for our Clients business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Managing a team providing high quality KPI focussed service - ideally Claims Task orientated with commitment to deliver activity, results and change Highly self-organised, managing multiple tasks concurrently to successful and timely conclusions Highly effective communicator Solving problems in a fast paced environment
