The successful candidate will be heading up the Third Party department aiming to consistently deliver against agreed objectives and service levels within Third Party Motor, Credit Hire or Personal Injury. The vacancy would suit someone with managerial experience within Claims Operations who is looking for a new challenge with a business who are very much open to implementing changes and new ideas. The company are also willing to consider supporting a relocator with a relocation package. Role and Responsibilities Leading teams of claims handlers managing Credit Hire, Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. Development and implementation of strategies to mitigate claims spend Engaging with the relevant markets to develop bespoke strategies to combat claims inflation and poor behaviours seen in this segment. Third Party Claims Managers will be commercially astute individuals that understand the drivers of cost and are able to build and develop the capability of their teams, with experience of managing a portfolio of claims cases.
