Overview
A cutting edge, award winning, healthcare organisation is looking for an interim HR Business Partner. This is a strategic role, partnering with key stakeholders, putting together and implementing people plans which follow business objectives. This is a busy and varied role with a fantastic opportunity to really add value to the business. Accountabilities include: Responsible for full employee lifecycle Understanding business strategies and aligning the people plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives Supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance Being a trusted advisor and providing advice on a range of HR issues such as reward, ER, talent acquisition, development, performance, change, culture, engagement and diversity Working with the wider HR team to drive the talent and succession agenda Supporting with the annual salary review and bonus process Contributing to the development of the strategic workforce plan Skills & experience You must have gained the above HR Business Partner experience within a within private medical, retail or from a large commercial organisation Team player and happy to provide a hands on service to the business Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions Experience of advising managers and coaching on a range of ER issues.
