Overview
Your new role and responsibilities - Help maintain the firm's risk policy framework within the Risk Resilience team, ensuring the framework is in line with the firm's risk appetite - Acting as a key identifier of critical risk across the firm's IT infrastructure including cyber, operational controls, business continuity - BAU operational risk tasks; RCSAs, KRIs, controls and frameworks - Provide challenge to the Business on the risks associated with their BAU and Change activities - Ad-hoc tasks and projects - Effectively assess and manage operational risk and to limit exposure to operational losses What you'll need to succeed - 5 years experience in Financial Services in an Operational/Resilience Risk role - Strong knowledge of Operational Risk controls and frameworks - Able to manage numerous projects simultaneously - Team management skills - Excellent stakeholder management - Knowledge of critical IT infrastructure including cyber risk and information security Ideally you will have - Experience working within other risk fields (market, liquidity or credit) - Masters' degree in a relevant discipline - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
