Overview
Our client is a high growth private equity backed Technology Company offering real time data analytics through a software-as-a-service model. Allowing big data to be transformed into meaningful information they have grown to a turnover of £20million and are continuously going through high periods of growth in turnover and company size. Following the recent funding, the company are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join their office in Central London to take charge of their finance function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private equity and technology and will be fully ACA qualified. Responsibilities -Oversee production of management reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis -FX/Treasury operation control -Stakeholder engagement and production of direct reports -Manage of balance sheet financing and renegotiate debt and equity finance terms -Investor relations and lead of acquisitions integration -Responsibility of recurring revenue business and multi currency operations Desired Skills -ACA qualified -Prior technology experience -Must have Private Equity experience
