A FTSE 100 Real Estate company with a global reach is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their central London team. The Company Is a market leader in commercial property development and is looking for a qualified accountant to join their Business Partnering team. The Company has exceptional modern offices and is located in the heart of the city. It has a vibrant culture and is very forward thinking in its approach to business. Business Partnering: Work closely with the Commercial Performance and Financial Services teams to ensure effective understanding and explanation of the revenue metrics and drivers Encourage rigour and a financial mindset for business decision making Job Reporting: Own all financial analysis and internal reporting Challenge and support functional leaders to improve performance and manage risks and opportunities Forecasting Lead in production of monthly, quarterly and longer-term financial plans. Ensure robust Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting outcomes and investment projections by challenging key assumptions Analysis Lead on analysing the drivers of revenue performance and explaining key variances Identify opportunities for growth through detailed analysis of trends The person: Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships The offer: 55k 10% bonus Pension Health-care
