OVERVIEW: • This reputable, top 100 firm is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly rated commercial property team, comprising of legal directories ranked Solicitors often referred to as leaders in their fields • The main responsibilities will be to undertake a varied amount of work which includes handling acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options. • Applications are sought from highly motivated and professional Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 2 years' PQE and excellent academics. • The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to establish and maintain strong client relationships, keep up to date with changes in law and read journals and attend courses to continue in their development • You will be expected to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of all commercial property work and commercial awareness. • On offer is a highly competitive remuneration package alongside a number of additional benefits to include; 25 days' annual leave (increasing with service), a competitive pension scheme, bonus scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme and life assurance to name a few
