The role The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing, Harpenden, Hertfordshire. The Commercial Property department is one of the largest in the firm, they have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base. You will work as part of a small, very experienced team and part of a wider team in the other office. Fee earners are not just technically strong, but also excellent at generating business. They deal with a varied client base of SME to national and FTSE 250 companies. The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Acquisitions and disposals, Licenses to assign, Sales and purchases, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant and Development work. You will deal with a quality of work normally only associated with large central London practices. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
