Overview
Role: Clinical Negligence Paralegal Salary: £23,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Main Responsibility: To assist a solicitor with their caseload as well as assisting the Head of Department in dealing with new claims. We have an exciting opportunity at a London Law Firm for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to work closely in the department to ensure quality standards are meet at all times. Responsibilities: Drafting witness statements Assist with day to day running of cases Assist solicitors with specific tasks Provide cover and support to other paralegals Follow departments policies and procedures Speak with new and existing clients Required experience & Skills: 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law (or appropriate conversion); Successful completion of the LPC or studying the LPC part time Previous experience within Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Competent Word, Excel and Outlook Strong administration skills Please note: This is not the full job description, to find out more please apply now.
