Probate Residential Conveyancer
Overview
This long established Bristol law firm has been advising on probate, estate administration and private client services for many years and seeks a probate residential conveyancer. This vacancy will work alongside the Probate Team and you will carry out all matters relating to probate properties. As a probate property conveyancer, you will liaise with both the Conveyancing and Probate teams. The work that you do will support bereaved families through their estate administration, ensuring that properties are transferred to the intended person with minimal impact. You will handle property queries from multiple offices across the UK, conducting registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold title checking, reporting on ownership and raising potential issues. You will manage a caseload of assent, transfer and voluntary registration files. If the property is to be sold on to a third party, then you will progress matters with clients and external bodies with regular contact with estate agents. To fulfill this probate residential conveyancer role, you should have at least 2-3 years' residential conveyancing experience and should be used to handling your own caseload. Qualified solicitors, part or fully qualified legal executives and unqualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
