Commercial Lawyer New instruction for an accomplished Commercial Solicitor who will provide expert legal advice and assistance in connection with commercial law, corporate law and regulatory matters. You will deal with a broad range of commercial matters from mergers, partnership agreements, commercial contracts, partnership/commercial disputes, data protection/GDPR, competition and procurement law; and the contracts/regulations relating to healthcare services. Experience gained within the healthcare sector will be of particular interest but our clients are willing to consider candidates from a broad range of sectors, in house and private practice. You are likely to have 2 years experience in the sectors. Great, long term opportunity with a respected organisation.
