Overview
Role: Head Housekeeper/Domestic Supervisor Location: Southampton Salary: £10-12 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week to be worked on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays REED are recruiting for a Head Housekeeper/Domestic Supervisor in Southampton to join a passionate charity who support those who are most vulnerable. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management. Role: Liaise with patients, carers and clinical staff to provide and maintain a clean and pleasant environment Providing supervisory support, training and advice to the Housekeeping team Develop and maintain weekly rotas to cover all areas Experience Housekeeping experience completed within a healthcare setting Experience of working in an environment that requires a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene Understanding of basic Health & Safety Experience of working in a care environment with vulnerable adults Ability to deal with emotionally sensitive situations in a sensitive manner and have the ability to remain calm and supportive to all around you I am urgently looking to speak to candidates who are available immediately and have the above experience.
