Overview
German Order to Cash Specialist Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for a German speaker who has excellent communication skills in both German and English. The candidate will use his/her negotiation skills to drive downward trending for unapplied payments, unidentified payments and reapplications. The role involves processing the remittances, direct debits and credit card processing, identifying and resolving all issues for daily Cash Application activity in an effort to prevent any business interruption to the company's operations. Participating in creating reports on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis and also attending internal and external meetings when required. Please apply if you are fluent in German, have excellent communication skills in both English and German. Previous customer facing roles is a must (at least a year - office based) and some knowledge of SAP is desirable.
