Overview
This leading international law firm in the City have asked us to find them a Change Project Management to assist in their exciting digital transformation initiatives. The firm are highly reputable and offer a progressive and innovative environment, allowing you to excel and drive continuous improvement. The role has a strong focus on service excellence and establishing a strong structure for future change projects. Working as part of the Legal Technology team, will be liaising with the Senior Partners to lead and deliver process improvement projects, whilst coaching them and providing them the tools they need. You will be delivering presentations and demonstrations whilst gathering requirements delivering innovative solutions. A big part of the role is clearly outline project direction, goals and approach using clear, concise and understandable language. The perfect Change Project Manager will be an advocate for change, providing an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to technology and improvements. You will have excellent teamwork abilities and the ability to work autonomously. If you are pragmatic, creative and commercially aware, this is the perfect role for you. Previous Project Management experience is essential. As is experience of working with lean six sigma related projects, training and coaching.
