Overview
Our major client has a new opportunity for an experienced Claims professional who has a strong background in Process Management. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal part in the day to day operations and continuous improvement of the Claims Team. You will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating claims operational activities within the UK. This includes implementation of strategic and local initiatives through effective stakeholder and project management. As Claims Operations Executive your responsibilities will include: Evaluation and implementation of operational business process and service improvements. Implementation of continuous improvement programmes to include identification of opportunities, development of training and tracking completion. Support Operations to deliver objectives, including leading individual workstreams. Ownership of Working Groups to drive initiatives within Claims. Maintain knowledge of all operational systems and related business best practice. Collaborate with key leaders in the UK (including outside of Claims) to develop and maintain high quality reporting and data to support business objectives and priorities. Escalation and resolution of local process and system related issues and challenges. We're looking for someone to be a successful Claims Operations Executive who has these abilities and skills: Experience within a fast moving and professional Claims environment. Excellent excel and data analysis skills. Able to persuade stakeholders to adopt new processes or that change needs to be made Successfully implementing new initiatives and advocating change. Ability to present confidently, effectively, and to be able to explain complex data to others. Ability to plan and execute delivery of results. You'll be working in an environment committed to best practice and one where change is positively engaged in order to provide customers with the best possible experience and also high level of profitable effective performance.
