My client is a cutting edge technology business that offers a unique and bespoke product. The company are based in Central London and are seeking a Financial Controller to lead their finance team. The company have a number of blue-chip clients and have offices in the UK and USA. Furthermore, the company has had year on growth of 120% since conception. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and must have prior experience in a technology business. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting industry with ample opportunity for personal growth. Key responsibilities: Complete oversight of the accounting function Managing and developing a small finance team Liaison with UK and US partners, offering key and sound financial advice to drive commercial growth Developing business processes and policy Leading on funding rounds Maintaining and developing relations with key stakeholders Desired Skills and Experience: Must be fully qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Previous experience working in a technology environment Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
