Salaried GP View to Partnership, Bristol An exciting and exceptional opportunity has arisen for either a newly qualified or experienced GP to join a forward-thinking and highly supportive medical practice based in the centre of Bristol on either a part-time or full-time basis (4-8 sessions available) The practice has a strong team ethos, with a supportive and close-knit friendly management team and offer career development opportunities as well as a view to partnership if desired Key benefits : Competitive salary (up to £10,000 per session depending on experience) Full indemnity cover included 6 Weeks annual leave 1 week study leave NHS Pension contribution Full induction available Route to partnership if desired and further career progression i.e. support of special clinical interests by practice. Breakdown of the practice: 10,000 patients 3 partners 3 Salaried GP’s Excellent and highly trained nursing team compromising of ANP’s, PN’s & HCA’s. Friendly supportive admin/reception team in place. On site Business Manager & Practice Manager Phlebotomist Paper-light practice Modern-purpose built premises EMIS web systems Very helpful and friendly reception/admin team Additional services such as minor surgery and joint injections, coils more clinics performed on site Weekly clinical meetings Overall ‘Good’ CQC rating on all domains High QOF Achievement Day to day duties of the GP: 15 Patients in the morning 12 Patients in the afternoon Time allocated for admin NO on call Very minimal home visits During the Covid - 19 outbreak the practices Medmatch are working with will be running a triage model – face to face consultations will be very rare and may be non-existent in most cases.
