Overview
Morgan McKinley's Sussex team are working with a very well established Financial Services type business based in the Haywards Heath, West Sussex area. Our client is looking for a Payments & Reconciliations Officer to join their team. Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday Salary: £25,000 excellent company benefits Duties and responsibilities will include: Responsible for a portfolio of clients, making sure you receive all the clients' monthly reports by end of each month and to complete the portfolio within the agreed service level agreements. Process the clients mid month refunds Risk handling; recognise and flag up any potential risks and reports such cases to the Team Leader. Aged Receivables and Aged Payable Reconciliation Identify possible ways of improving processes and procedures. Develop improvement proposals Achieving and recording KPIs Skills and experience required for the role: Experience of working in a similar position Good analytical skills Experience with Aged Receivables and Aged Payable Reconciliation experience Excellent IT skills including; Excel skills Motivated, willingness to learn and have the ability to prioritise Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
