Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to support the divisional commercial function with contract administration- location flexible The Commercial Function is accountable for the overall commercial risk framework in relation to client (sales) deals and contracts end-to-end, including any third-parties and suppliers involved Overall Commercial Function Accountabilities: Assess the revenue opportunity versus the risk & cost profile of the pricing/commercial model Support and lead the contract negotiations including the supplier negotiations and flow-downs Provide proactive contract management and manage commercial implications of service performance Manage in-life contract changes Advise on strategic commercial implications resulting from legal & regulatory changes Support & advise on the commercial dispute management strategy Define & oversee adherence to commercial policies & procedures Own and apply commercial scrutiny via governance gates e.g., divisional and group contract review committees What you will do: Support the business by performing the administration of all Operational Change for the division Support of MI / audit data request activities in terms of administrative collation Support production of regular contract reporting as required by the commercial manager Ensure that contract records are maintained and accessible as directed Record, ratify and circulate meeting minutes when required Support the business by owning and performing the ongoing admin of contracts Support of due diligence and MI / audit data request activities What we're looking for: Deliver high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively See tasks through to completion and within agreed timescales Communicate clearly, openly and effectively, with authority to colleagues Written communication to be clear, accurate and appropriate using concise business English Use Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint competently Form effective professional relationships The ability to prioritise effectively, both with their own workload and within the team The ability to use initiative to solve problems Process and deadline driven About Capita Capita Plc is one of the UK's largest providers of technology enabled business services.
