Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with an award winning organisation based within the Watford area. My client are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service function, strong communication skills on all levels and keen to work within a vibrant office. Salary - £21,000-£22,000pa plus great benefits Some of the duties will include: Handling incoming calls and chats within agreed KPIs, providing first contact resolution where possible Responding to customer emails ensuring written responses are clear and accurate ·Contacting customers by telephone to provide updates, chase documentation and request additional information Sending documentation electronically as directed on the process maps Management of internal and external systems, keeping information up to date General administration work, posting and recording paperwork Contacting third party suppliers for information by phone or email Maintaining good customer relationships The suitable candidate: Previous Customer Service experience Strong communication skills on all levels General administration experience Ability to work well as part of a team Quick to learn Motivated in their approach to work Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Looking for the next step in your career?
