£50,000 - £55,000 p/a | 42 Hour Contract | Elderly & Disability Home - Good CQC | RGN or RMN Considered An experienced RGN or RMN Nurse Manager with nursing home management experience is required to lead a private nursing home in Bromley. The 45 bedded home offers elderly frail and disability nursing care packages and is fully CQC compliant, having also been awarded Gold Standards Framework. Details of this RGN/RMN Nurse Home Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate: A permanent, full-time contract of 42 hours per week Usual working hours will be weekday days, with some flexibility required for quality monitoring purposes, on-call duties etc due to the seniority of the role A great annual salary of £50,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience A fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company As RGN/RMN Nurse Home Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.
