Overview
Residential Property Lawyer An experienced Residential Property Lawyer is required to join an established High Street law firm within their Bristol office. The Residential Property Team have seen considerable growth in recent years and with access to a high quantity of good quality work this growth is set to continue for the foreseeable future, In order to service this extra work and with a view on succession planning an experienced Residential Property Lawyer is now required to join their team. You will be required to manage a busy caseload of Residential Property matters including but not limited to; Sale and Purchase of Freehold and Leasehold properties, remortgages and transfer of equity. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer and have a minimum of 3 years experience of managing their own Residential Property caseload. You will be technically strong and comfortable with participating in business development on behalf of the department and firm. This position is only open to qualified Residential Property Lawyers.
