Overview
Residential Conveyancing Lawyer This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join an award winning, established high street law firm that specialises in Residential and Commercial Property. My client is looking for someone to join their small team in their Bristol office and be an integral part of the friendly Conveyancing team. They are looking for someone who is comfortable in carrying their own caseload of sale and purchase files from inception to completion, including but not limited to; registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold titles and transfers of equity. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer who has a minimum of 5 years fee earning experience. You will be fully comfortable and confident with managing your own caseload, with little supervision. The salary on offer is DOE and your level of qualification - £42,000 - £50,000.
