Overview
Residential Site Manager Required, Bristol. Company Opportunity to work for a industry leading housebuilder who prides itself on both workmanship and speed of delivery. The company specialises in housing, mixed use developments and high end refurbishment work. You will be tasked with the running of a residential housing development. This will require managing of the civils package all the way through to handover and everything in between. Experience and enthusiasm are necessary for this fast paced role. You will need a proven and successful track record of delivering residential schemes similar as the No. 1. You will need to have excellent team management ability and an health and safety awareness and management skills. Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid required.
