Residential Property Fee Earner job in Bristol - Great work/life balance Your new company You will be joining a firm that offers its services to both private and commercial clients across a range of sectors. Due to our clients continued success, they are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Bristol. Your new role You will take on your own caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties. You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with proven experience of handling your own busy caseload. You will have experience with freehold and leasehold properties, leases and ideally some residential development experience.
