Overview
We are partnering with an innovative ecommerce firm that is is looking for a new number one in finance who will report directly to the Founder, giving support . The company has recently gone through a fund raising round, successfully being backed by a private equity house. the successful candidate will be the number one and sole person in finance but with the immediate opportunity to recruit and bring finance internally. The package includes a stake in the companies equity and a bonus Responsibilities: - Number one in finance, looking to bring the function internally - Report directly to the Founder - Looking after reporting as well as commercial decision making to drive revenue and profitability - Hitting the ground running from day one, dealing with the PE house and all financial aspects Skill Set: - Retail/ ecommerce background - ACA/ AC/ CIMA qualified - Previous experience in similar hands on, building up roles Radley Green acts as an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
