With large milestones, massive amounts of NPD and a real digital focus - you would be crazy to not consider this About the Opportunity: We're looking for big personalities with a true passion for FMCG consumer products. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple categories and have exposure to the Senior Leadership Team with fast progression routes to National Account Management. You'll be working very closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams and become the backbone for one of their most profitable channels. Using all the same head office systems this is a real cross-functional role with some great customer exposure. Responsibilities will include: Being the first touchpoint with NPD and being fully immersed in it all. For this, you will need to work cross-functionally with the Marketing & Sales teams to make sure everyone is aligned. Analysing data from multiple sources and being able to manipulate it to present back to the business and customers. Working with Senior Management Teams daily. Going on store visits to your customers and presenting back findings internally and externally. Attending meetings with the Sales team across the year - focussing on forecasting and activation. Assisting in Joint Business Planning and range creation with the Sales Team. Working on Ad Hoc projects. These guys WILL support you massively with lots of training and one of the world's best PDP programmes in the market, making sure that you succeed and progress up within the business. About You: We're on the lookout for driven people to join this business with fast route progression to account management. You'll need to demonstrate some or all the following skills: FMCG or Consumer product experience with exposure to customers. Experience of Data Analysis is key for this role, so you need to be completely literate on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Have a competitive streak and confidence to be able to push back internally and externally when needed. Be proactive, passionate, keen to learn and a team player. Be able to hold your own in a team environment and be able to work cross-functionally with various divisions of the business. Have excellent communication skills - able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently. Can deal well with ambiguity due to the constant change.
