Overview

Performance Marketing Consultant Performance Marketing Consultant required by our client, a fast-growing digital marketing and eCommerce boutique. They are looking for a performance marketing consultant with hands-on client and agency side experience running data driven programmes at scale to join the organisation. Key Responsibilities; Drive clients' data and technology roadmaps for digital marketing and help shape the strategic direction of adtech and martech tools for advertisers with relation to data-driven performance marketing. Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of analytics and attribution and awareness of PPC, Social, Video, Mobile marketing. Lead the delivery of analysis and insight driven ad-tech workshops geared at identifying opportunities for our clients' marketing, sales and customer retention goals. Lead consulting assignments as a virtual product owner in agile yeams Skills & Experience; A deep understanding of digital media ROI, KPIs and metrics, and the role of data and technology in digital marketing. Experience of programmatic advertising, eCommerce or equivalent agency/media supply-side strategic planning and ad-tech role. Can demonstrate a track record of actively collaborating with consumer marketing clients/teams - media operations and specifically data and technology teams as part of campaign planning, set-up, creative production, analytics and optimization. Hands-on with one major Cloud stack like Adobe / Google Marketing Platform. Exposure to full funnel Marketing Performance analysis & segmentation. Able to use Data Analytics tools (Adobe/GA360) DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, Bluekai), DSPs (DV 360, DataXu); and Optionally Visualisation (Google Data Studio), Able to use Attribution tools for analysis and audit of media performance. The crucial aspects for this position is that they need someone with the technical skills.
