Architect Reference: KONEW53783449 Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Salary: Competitive based on experience My client is a multidisciplined practice based in Newcastle who have a new requirement for a Revit proficient Architect to join their RIBA Chartered practice. With this role you will get the chance to work on a varied number of projects with some of their most recent work covering the Medical, Care and Hospital sectors. You will be joining a medium sized team of Architects, Technical staff and Designers where you will play a crucial role in the design and development of their workload. Skills and experience needed for this Architect role: Have 5 or more years' experience post Part 3 qualification working on projects through all RIBA work stages 0-7 and have a successful history of managing a portfolio of projects. Excellent design skills matched with the ability to create construction/technical drawings. Enjoy design and working with medical focused buildings and the challenges faced with this. A full understanding of current UK Building Regulations and Planning policies. Have strong knowledge in Revit. (This is essential) Whilst working as an Architect you will be: Work on a range of medical focused designs including Health, Care and Hospitals projects. Ensuring that all deadlines are met to a great standard of work. Liaising with other clients, contractors and other professionals.
