Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist - DW140882 Our client, a well established multidisciplinary architectural practice in Newcastle are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an architectural practice that prides themselves on their high-level quality delivery of projects to their clients. The most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as large retail projects, residential and educational projects. Our client works on projects that range in value from around £100,000 to £10,000,000. Projects are run from inception through to completion, allowing the successful Architectural Technician / Technologist to have control over projects at all stages. Proficiency with Revit & AutoCAD will be highly advantageous to anyone who is applying as they will be expected to produce high quality drawings on both sets of software. Site experience would also be an advantage as the Architectural Technician / Technologist will be expected to complete regular site visits to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects working in partnership with existing clients & stakeholders to deliver high-quality architecture to enhance the quality of life and the built environment.
