Architectural Revit Technician Reference: KONEW5378375H449 Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Salary: Competitive based on experience My client is a multidisciplined practice based in Newcastle who have a new requirement for an Architectural Revit Technician to join their RIBA Chartered practice. With this role you will get the chance to work on a varied number of projects with some of their most recent work covering the Medical, Care and Hospital sectors. You will be joining a medium sized team of Architects, Technical staff and Designers where you will play a crucial role in the technical stages and development of their workload. To work as an Architectural Revit Technician, you must: Be qualified at minimum of degree level in an Architectural based subject. Have UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician. Show good working knowledge of Revit. Have sound knowledge of UK building regulations and planning applications/ policies. Have job running experience both within the office and out on site. (Preferred) Working as an Architectural Revit Technician you will be Partaking in the running of projects . Liaising with clients and the design teams. Playing a key role in the development of design proposals and involvement in project development across all work stages.
